Benefactors Circle

Members of our Benefactors Circle enjoy outstanding seat locations, personalized ticket service, reserved VIP parking, and invitations to high profile events. As members of the Arts Center’s highest level of supporters, the financial backing of our Benefactors Circle members is critical to sustain our mission; to enrich, educate, and entertain our North Bay community. With support from our Benefactors Circle, we are able to provide artistic excellence in Sonoma County and serve the broadest possible audience with innovative education and community programs.

Benefactors Circle Membership Levels of Support

 

$1,500 - Gold Club (Tax deduction - $1,290)

• Household members may purchase exclusive Benefactors Circle seats in advance of the public
• Postcard and email updates with advance notice of upcoming performances
• Access to dedicated Benefactors Circle hotline to reserve and purchase tickets
• Ticket credit valued at 10% of membership dues
• Telephone processing fee waived
• Reserved parking closest to the main north entrance
• Ten (10) complimentary drink coupons
• Unlimited access to the Ovation Lounge
• Exclusive Benefactors Circle receptions
• Invitation to the annual member appreciation event
• Exclusive Wells Fargo Center for the Arts limited edition book
• Donor recognition in the grand lobby and in our patron program (updated each fiscal year)
• A subscription to the Arts Center’s quarterly newsletter, Front Row

 

 

$2,500 - Encore (Tax deduction - $2,190)

Includes all Gold Club level membership benefits, plus:

• Ticket credit, valued at 10% of membership dues
• Invitation for you and a guest to attend a private cocktail reception at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts followed by a performance at the Arts Center (performance selection to be determined). A complimentary bottle of Kendall Jackson wine will be provided to each member at the event.

 

 

$5,000 - Director's Circle (Tax deduction - $4,440)

Includes all Gold Club level membership benefits, plus:

• Ticket credit, valued at 10% of membership dues ($500 value)
• Invitation to Wells Fargo Center for the Arts annual “Dinner with the Executive Director”

 

 

$7,500 - Headliner (Tax deduction - $6,690)

Includes all Director’s Circle level membership benefits, plus:

• Ticket credit, valued at 10% of membership dues ($750 value)

 

 

$10,000 - Spotlight (Tax deduction - $8,940)

Includes all Headliner level membership benefits, plus:

• Ticket credit, valued at 10% of membership dues ($1,000 value)

 

 

$25,000 - Center Stage (Tax deduction - $22,440)

Includes all Spotlight level membership benefits, plus:

• Ticket credit, valued at 10% of membership dues ($2,500 value)

 

 

Membership Policies

Advance ticket purchases and drink coupons are valid only for performances presented by Wells Fargo Center for the Arts and may not be available for co-promote performances or rental events.

 

Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited and will result in cancellation of membership privileges.

 

New memberships purchased online are processed and become valid for member pre-sale privileges four (4) business days after your application is submitted.

 

Once your membership is activated, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the password required for advance ticket purchase.

If you are seeking membership immediately prior to a member pre-sale event, please visit the Box Office in person, Monday – Saturday, Noon to 6pm.

 

Advance notification of upcoming performances and the member password required to purchase tickets before the general public will be provided by email and postcard notification. Please view this sample and look for similar notifications arriving in your mailbox.
